The Zetter Townhouse – Marylebone

The Zetter Group’s all-new location in Marylebone is a 24-bedroom Georgian townhouse (as well as cocktail lounge) that emphasizes the beauty the neighborhood has to offer. Set on Seymour Street, the property features a stunning rooftop apartment and terrace that boasts a roll-top bath. As an extension of The Zetter Group, the hotel celebrates a similar mentality: a quality guest experience, eco-friendly credentials, and a commitment to build camaraderie between hotel and community. Though the Zetter Townhouse in Clerkenwell is known as the home of Zetter’s Great Aunt Wihelmina, the Marylebone property is nicknamed for Wicked Uncle Seymour.

Zetter Townhouses feature eight different style rooms that make up its 21 bedrooms and two studio suites: Club, Superior, Superior Four Poster, Lower Ground King, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Studio, and Lear’s Loft. The Rooftop Apartment (Lear’s Loft) has a roof terrace and an al fresco bath. In each of the rooms, unique, individual collections of antique, bespoke, and vintage fixtures and accessories abound. All rooms at the Zetter Townhouse come with 200-thread count linens and oversized bathrobes and slippers.

Seymour’s Parlour is the Townhouse’s dark and sumptuous lounge; flanked by vintage leather seating, bold red walls, plush velvet pillows and tons of wood detailing. Tony Conigliaro worked with The Zetter Group to pioneer an entirely bespoke menu of cocktails for the Marylebone estate.

Though rooms at the Zetter Townhouse Marylebone are available for rental at-will, it’s also possible to hire the entire house for personal stays and private events. Bookings can be made online.
