The Oak Door

Located in the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Tokyo’s Oak Door restaurant is a tourish and local hot spot, known for their premium quality meats, fresh, seasonal produce and top-of-the-line wine cellar.

Delicately decorated, the restaurant features an open kitchen floor plan, exposing guests to the wonder of the lead chef Troy Lee’s artistry in the kitchen. In addition to their business-casual eatery (the main dining room can comfortably accommodate large and small parties), diners are encouraged to take their meals in on the terrace outside. As the seasons change, so do the menus to ensure that dinner guests are enjoying the freshest seasonal varieties.

The menu boasts four different dinner options which run from the most basic to the most dazzling: The Oak Door Dinner Set, The Oak Door Selection Dinner Set, Chef’s Premium Dinner Chef and the Chef’s Executive Dinner Set.

The kitchen is open daily from 11:30am until 10 pm. Reservations are encouraged and can be made online.
