The Manor
If you’ve visited and loved the British tapas bar in Clapham dubbed The Dairy, chances are you’ll more-than-love the new modern British restaurant The Manor, featuring a tasting and an a la carte menu as well as a fully stocked bar.
The tasting menu includes stellar dishes like the homemade sourdough, savory chicken served with butter, salumi and droe wors; cauliflower with grue de cacao, medjool dates and kefir; Kombucha, gin, cucumber and sesame; a “Lady Hamilton” smoked Pollock, cultured cream, new potatoes, and sorrel.
On the a la carte menu, guests are treated to favorites like BBQ crispy chicken skins and kimchi; burnt kale, cavolo nero and toasted almonds; suckling pig belly, braised head, morcilla, carrots and bitter leaves; Hanger steak tartare, bone marrow, egg yolk, roast onion; Cornish cod cheeks, sour cream, wakame and rice cracker; “Sweet Promise” skate, roasted salsify, and chanterelles; and spiced dark chocolate mousse, blood orange, brown butter ice cream.
