Galvin At Windows

Lunch, dinner and drinks – all with a breathtaking view.

Straddling the line between the Mayfair and Hyde Park neighborhoods in London, Galvin At Windows offer guests 360-degree views of the gorgeous city below from the 28th floor of the London Hilton Hotel. The 30s-inspired building, alight with all the glitz and glamour that defined the age, the Michelin-starred bar and restaurant offers iconic views of The City, The Shard, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and countless garden views of the greenery below.

But the stunning views aren’t the only reason guests are flocking to the space for a window seat. Chef Patron Chris Galvin and his team have mastered a seasonally inspired menu based around the joys of modern French haute cuisine. Dishes like the tart of braised leek, macaroni, Roquefort and caramelized walnuts, roasted chicken leg, broad bean purée, braised baby gem and jus gras and a Pan-fried fillet of gilt-head sea bream, black olive tapenade, gnocchi, tomato emulsion and basil are included in the two- or three-course menu fixes as well as wine, water and coffee.

Reservations can be made online. Galvin At Windows is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 12 until 2:30 pm and on Sundays from 11:45 am until 3:30 pm. Dinner is served Monday to Wednesday from 6 until 10 pm and from Thursday to Saturday from 6 until 10:30 pm.
