Fig & Olive, West Hollywood

In West Hollywood, the California-based sister site to the iconic New York eatery: Fig & Olive. The restaurant, whose mission is to bring its guests the best olive oils, flavors and cuisine from the Riviera & Coastal regions in the South of France, Spain and Italy, located on Melrose Place in West Hollywood, offers a tasting bar and communal table where guests can dine on shareable plates.

The world-class menu, under Executive Chef Pascal Lorange features favorites like zucchini carpaccio, a fig Gorgonzola tartlet, a trio of crostini, grilled branzino glazed with a fig and 18-year-old balsamic vinegar and porcini & Gorgonzola jamon iberico Ravioli finished with a porcini olive oil. A range of desserts under Pastry Chef Andrew LeStourgeon includes an olive oil gelato and a warm marzipan cake. And more than 30 wine varieties and champagnes glitter the spirits menu.

The West Hollywood location is open from 12 to 3 pm Monday through Friday, and for dinner 6 to 10 pm on Mondays, 6 to 10:30 on Tuesday through Thursday, 5:30 to 11 on Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays from 5:30 to 10. A special brunch offering is available on weekends from 12 to 3 pm and 11 to 3 pm on Sundays. Reservations can be made online through OpenTable.
