Located inside the Gansevoort Meatpacking, The Chester will anchor the food service for the hotel, from the restaurant with copious indoor and outdoor seating, to 24/7 room service for hotel guests, as well as supplying the rooftop lounge Plunge. Executive chef Sam Hazen, most recognized for his outstanding previous work at Veritas, has developed a menu based on traditional brasserie offerings, and will direct daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner seatings, and of course brunch on the weekends.
