Glastonbury Music Festival

Glastonbury’s five-day music festival is filled with contemporary music, theatre, circus, cabaret, dance, and comedy that opens its gates to some of the most seasoned entertainers from all over the world. Over the years, leading pop and rock artists have debuted films, albums, and even documentaries from the Glastonbury Music Festival, the premiere and largest greens-field festival in the world. Taking place near Pilton, Somerset, the five-day festival will kick off for its 2017 run on Wednesday, June 21 through Sunday, June 25.

This year’s lineup includes The XX, Radiohead, Katy Perry, The National, Foo Fighters, alt-J, Major Lazer, Lorde, Solange, Glass Animals, Halsey, Haim, Justice, The Flaming Lips, Ani DiFranco, and dozens more. Ahead of the festival, Glastonbury released playlists of all the artists performing across its main stages. As it has in years past, Glastonbury will also host a trough of bars on site, and this year, Oxfam, Greenpeace, Wateraid, RNIB, Swimby The Musical, The Stroke Association, NHS Blood and Transplant, Pilton Tithe Barn, and other smaller scale organizations are working in conjunction with the festival to support relief for a number of worldwide organizations.

The festival kicks off on Tuesday, June 21 with performances beginning Friday, June 23 across all its main stages.
