Several of the world’s top designers are working in support of country, designing the outerwear for their respective Olympic teams. The British, Italian, and Americans have engaged Stella McCartney, Giorgio Armani, and Ralph Lauren respectively to give the national teams an extra punch.

Armani has put together a very sleek and classic collection, as one might expect from the venerable designer. As the hometown favorite, Stella McCartney has drawn heavily upon the Union Jack flag, while incorporating her unique twists. And the veteran of Olympic design, Ralph Lauren, will once again deliver for the United States team.

Which designs will stand atop the medal stand? That will be judged beginning in May, when all of these designs will be available in retail outlets, just ahead of the world’s most important sporting event.
