Alfa Romeo 4C

First launched at the Singapore Motor Show in early 2015, the Italian-made Alfa Romeo 4C could be compared to the like-minded Porsche Cayman and the Audi TT roadster, but the 4C moves so much far beyond its two competitors that it’d be unfair to put them under the same roof. Made with an innovative hydro-electric system that operates the engine’s intake valves to allow more direct and dynamic control of air intake and combustions, while also reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Earning a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating every inch of the 4C has been optimized to ensure maximum control — from frame to suspension, to breaks and to steering — and received a 87 percent score out of 100 on the Euro NCAP testing. But bragging about the car’s safety rating wouldn’t do it due diligence. The 4C performs on an unladed weight of less than 900 kg while boasting a 240 horsepower at 6,000 rpm. It goes from 0-100 kilometers per hour in only 4.5 seconds flat, and Billionaire magazine called it “one of the sexiest cars Alfa Romeo has ever produced”.

The two-door coupe was priced at just under $300,000 USD at the Singapore Motor Show and comes with the option to personalize and accessorize.
