2017 Academy Of Country Music Awards

2017 marks the 52nd iteration of the Academy of Country Music Awards. The show, which will air from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada tonight, April 2nd, will be hosted by country-singing favorites Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan. This year marks the second consecutive year that the stars have hosted together — in 2016, country great Blake Shelton retired from co-hosting with Bryan. Bentley filled the void, and fans haven’t looked back since.

This year, Keith Urban leads the nominee pool with seven nominations in five different categories, including Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year. His album, Ripcord, is also up for Album of the Year. Coming in behind Urban with six nominations is Miranda Lambert, who’s nominated Album of the Year as well, in addition to nods in the Single Record of the Year and Song of the Year categories among others. Maren Morris also scored six nominations in four different categories, and country great Tim McGraw garnered himself five nominations in four different categories. Still considered a relative newcomer to the country-music industry, Christ Stapleton is up for three different awards at Sunday night’s show.

The show airs at 8 p.m. ET on CBS, and a complete list of winners from 2017’s show can be found online.
