The 404
The small, but super trendy 404 Hotel features five king rooms with a mix of vintage and custom furnishings with a loft space and rotating gallery of work contributed by local artists. Seated in the Gulch neighborhood, the hotel’s notable “invisible service” is one of the defining factors that make the contemporary lodge such a bestseller for travelers and locals looking to get away.
With room for two or three, the King Suite With Loft features a king bed in a downstairs space, a spiral staircase and a comfortable sitting space that easy converts two a secondary sleeping space. The room features custom and vintage décor and accents, mixed with contemporary touches like free Wi-Fi and complimentary toiletries. Fresh pastries, fruit, coffee and tea are also available as a courtesy to guests staying in the King Suite With Loft. Similarly, the King Suite offers original artwork by Nashville photographer Caroline Allison and Sferra linens with a king-sized bed and additional seating.
Also at the 404 Hotel is the 404 Kitchen. Housed in a former shipping container, the 404 Kitchen offers guests a modern take on classic European cuisine served out of a former shipping container. Led by Chef Matt Bolus, herbs are grown on the rooftop garden and the dining room features both indoor and outdoors seating, which accommodates 56 guests for dinner.
The 404 even offers one-of-a-kind “Run of the House” rentals that incorporate full-house bookings of the entire hotel.
