In the heart of Hollywood’s Restaurant Row is the well-known eatery STK. Known for its seamless blending of a traditional steakhouse and a chic longue, the West Hollywood eatery has quickly made a name for itself as the mealtime go-to. A large, central lounge area welcomes diners to the space, furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles make waiting for a table much more luxurious. Theatrical lights illuminate the elevated dining room, while smoky mirrors and an in-house DJ only cater to the space’s energetic vibe.
Led by Executive Chef David Gussin, STK’s menu includes signature favorites like the Shrimp Rice Krispies, Jumbo Lump Crab Salad, Parmesan Truffle Fries, Big Eye Tuna, a 24 ounce Porterhouse and a 34 ounce Cowboy Rib Eye.
Reservations can be made online through the eatery’s website or by telephone. Open Sunday through Thursday from 6pm until midnight and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 2am, STK is a dinner-only restaurant.
