Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach

The Metropolitan by COMO sits in the heart of Miami Beach’s Historic District and overlooks one of the east coast’s most iconic beaches. With just 74 rooms, the boutique hotel has become a landmark in the saturated Miami Beach market, offering guests the perfect helping of rest, reverie and relaxation without sacrificing on period charm, urban modernity and Miami personality.

Italian designer Paola Navone led the interior design of the space and modeled much of it after the Art Deco period in American history. The 1920s and 30s served as the sounding board for the hotel, evident in everything rom the pastel pinks and seafoam greens, chrome and marble accents and the crisp geometric shapes beautifully highlighted in each of the guest rooms. Natural light floods the space, making in the quintessential Miami spot.

In addition to the rooms, the Metropolitan is also home to the Traymore and Traymore Bar as well as the COMO Shambhala Cuisine. The Shambhala serves as the hotel’s living and breathing commitment to organic, farm-to-table dishes all grown, hunted, fished and produced in Florida.
