HIX Soho

When HIX opened its doors in 2009, it was to provide a daily-changing menu of season British foods to the backdrop of the rotating, eclectic British artists. A year later, in 2010, HIX was honored with the London’s Time Out Award for Best New Restaurant.

The Soho-based restaurant offers a pre-fixe menu (for two or three courses) and traditional house favorites like De Beauvoir smoked salmon ‘Hix cure’ served with Corrigan’s soda bread, Roast pock stones estate grouse with bread sauce and elderberry jelly, roast swainson house farm Indian rock chicken with hedgerow green sauce and steamed treacle pudding.

HIX owns and operates nine restaurants, including the HIX Soho. Reservations are encouraged.
