EDITION Hotel

Mid-Beach has long been hailed as the “heart of Miami Beach.” Situated between South and North Beach on 3.5 acres of privacy stretching from Collins Avenue to the ocean shoreline, The Miami Beach Edition Hotel is a cornucopia of elegance, design, and luxury. With 294 flawlessly designed guest rooms and suites, including 28 private bungalows and a stunning rooftop penthouse, The Miami Beach Edition does what so many other hotels strive to: offer guests an unparalleled, unique experience that feels less like a home away from home and more like a lavish getaway to one of the most desirable places on the U.S. East Coast.

Rooms at the Edition were designed to provide ample natural light and many offer a private terrace for guests, all boasting beachfront views, custom upholstered teak lounge chairs, and glazed ceramic side tables. Each room features oak-paneled walls, bathrooms with sliding glass doors, and ivory porcelain-slab floor tiling, as well as airy, light fixtures and bedding. Suites at the Miami Beach hotel each come with a separate seating area and photographs curated by the Trunk Archive. Upgrades to the suites include the option for connecting rooms as well as a private balcony. Bungalows at the Edition are either one- or two-level, and they all come with a separate bedroom, dining area, living room, and balcony. In bungalows with an upper level, guests are welcome to enjoy a plunge pool and rooftop deck with one-of-a-kind views of the ocean below.

Five restaurant and bars call The Edition Home, including the Matador Room — Latin fare led by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and inspired by Spanish, Caribbean, and South-American flavors — the Matador Bar, which overlooks the hotel’s pool deck and pays homage to the classic cocktail experience with bespoke, handcrafted cocktails sourced from the freshest ingredients; the Market At Edition, which is a modern take on the classic 24-hour coffee shop, and is a 24-hour food bazaar: part patisserie, part salumeria, part boulangerie; the alfresco dining destination Tropicale, which serves cocktails and cuisine to fit its lush beach setting; and of course, the Lobby Bar, which holds tight to everything beloved about the ‘50s Miami Beach vibe.

Bookings for the Edition can be made online.
