Casa Cook

According to its website, Casa Cook subscribes to a “new breed of hotels inspired by the spirit of our times.” Built with their own distinct personality in mind, Casa Cook’s network of hotels all come with without frills, or repetitive architecture, interior styles, or themes. At Casa Cook, the 90-room adults-only hotel is the first of its kind to grace the Greek isle on Rhodes. Built into the hillside on the isle’s eastern coast, and tucked up under Kolymbia, Casa Cook simultaneously boasts an urban, beachy, and sophisticated style.

There are four types of rooms available for booking at Casa Cook: the Double Standard With Sharing Pool and Veranda, equipped with comfortable double or twin beds up to two adults, with all rooms opening out to a long, turquoise blue swimming pool; the Double Standard with Sharing Pool and Premium Veranda, also outfitted with double or twin beds to fit two adults, with a private veranda; the Loft Suite with Sharing Pool and Veranda, which is laid out over two floors with sleeping room for two adults and a lounge area with a Whirlpool; and the Split Level Suite with Sharing Pool and Veranda, furnished with eclectic details, direct access to a long, turquoise blue swimming pool, and sleeping areas for two adults. Natural, elemental surfaces, warm tones, and bohemian design elements flood the space as expertly as ample natural light.

Called the Kitchen Club, Casa Cook merges together the dining room, cocktail bar, and hangout in one fell swoop. Led by Chef Manolis, the Kitchen Club unearths the local traditions and flavor systems of Rhodes to put together meat, seafood, and fresh vegetable options grilled to perfection over a charcoal flame. Menu standouts include the Squid Stuffed with Feta, the ever-changing Catch of the Day, Spaghetti with Lobster, and a fantastic iteration of Millefeuille, made with yogurt mousse, flavored with sabayon sauce and Madagascar pepper.

Casa Cook also hosts incredible activities for its guests: opportunities to sail along Rhodes’ coast for the day, day travel to the Seven Springs, hike the Tsambika Mountain, and a walking tour of Rhodes’ Old Town. Casa Cook also offers guests a daily yoga practice on an open-air terrace and a complete gym.
