Brasserie Gustave

Named after famed French architect Gustave Eiffel of the legendary Eiffel Tower, Brasserie Gustave is at the center of the French culinary experience in London’s Chelsea neighborhood. With a menu boasting exceptional French cuisine and a fresh take on the traditional brasserie fare in Paris, Brasserie Gustave has reimagined the modern French culinary meal experience.

Led by Richard Weiss and Head Chef Laurence Glayzer, Brasserie boasts an à la carte menu, a prix fixe menu, and a lobster tasting menu as well as a weekend brunch menu. Favorites include the Tournedos de Boeuf Rossini, Coquilles St. Jacques, Aiguillette de Canard de Barbarie, Cocktail D’Homard, Carpaccio de Boeuf, Saumon D’ecosse et Blinis, Tartare de Boeuf au Couteau, and a Côtes D’agneau Poêlé. Dessert includes Crêpes Suzette à La Victor, Assiette de Fromages Fraçais, and a selection of after-dinner cocktails and digestifs.
