Barista Parlor

East Nashville’s most popular coffee shop, Barista Parlor, has introduced thousands of locals to a rotating menu of craft-brewed coffees right at home in Tennessee.

The brainchild of Andy Mumma, the quirky and eccentrically-designed coffee joint is to blame for introducing thousands of locals to craft-brewed coffees from all over North America. A rotating menu features Handsome, Intelligentsia, Coava, Madcap, Sightglass and Stumptown flavors.

It’s the place to go to sit, catch up with friends, relax with a good book or people watch all while taking in a quality cup of coffee. It wasn’t built to shuttle guests in and out like a conveyer belt; here, it’s about savoring the moment and letting time draw itself out over slow pours and heavenly roasts.

But coffee isn’t the Barista Parlor’s only special talent. The java-filled spot also serves a specialty brunch with local goods from Dozen Bakery, Foxy Baking, The Bloomy Rind and Porter Road Butcher.
