The Masterful Oetker Collection

The Oetker Collection features a stunning selection of well-groomed hotels and restaurants dipped in the deepest traditions of European luxury and hospitality. The collection was engineered to deliver the “best of this life,” and designed for each guest to discover a “passion for living, an appreciation for culture, gastronomy and the pleasures of nature.”

Oetker believes high-touch is more important than high-tech and instead aims to provide patrons with one-of-a-kind experiences that reflect European heritage and unearth a strong sense of belonging for each guest.

The collection includes dozens of “Masterpiece Hotels”: Brenners Park Hotel & Spa in Germany, Le Bristol Paris, Fregate Island Private in the Sychelles, Eden Rock St. Barths in the French West Indies, L’Apogée Courchevel and Chateau Saint-Martin and Spa in France, The Lanesborough in London, Palais Namaskar in Morocco, and the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Rock in France.

Dining in the Oetker Collection is just as glamorous as the hotels, if not more, with venues including: Epicure and 114 Faubourg in the Le Bristol Paris, Le Saint-Martin at the Château Saint-Martin and Spa, the Brenners Park-Restaurant at the Brenners Park-Hotel and Spa, the Eden-Rock Restaurant at Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc and Le Namaskar in Morocco’s Le Namaskar.

In the next decade, the Collection hopes to expand to 15 properties.
