Mercedes GLC Coupe

Powered by a bi-turbo 3.0L V6 engine that moans a 362 horsepower and 382-pound of torque, the latest AMG-enhanced GLC43 is a masterful piece of Mercedes machinery. According to its maker, the “GLC Coupe exemplifies its powerful yet agile character with a streamlined form that functions to meet both sport and utility needs. With our signature 4MATIC all-wheel drive system as standard, the GLC Coupe is ready to go and take on any road.” The Coupe boasts a 9G-tronic nine-speed automatic transmission as well as a dynamic select personalized driving modes, made possible by the push of a button. An air body control multi-chamber designed to make each journey, no matter how long, “safe, fun, efficient, and comfortable.”

According to Acquire magazine, the GLC43 goes from 0-60 in 4.8 seconds, and is matched by an AMG performance 4MATIC that provides all the versatility of all-wheel drive . While the interior work is Mercedes handiwork through and through (black leather, red-contrast stitching, sport-seating on the driver’s and front passenger seats), the exterior enhancements on the GLC Coupe include a chrome-topped diamond-block radiator grille, silver chrome air intakes, a silver chrome front splitter, high-gloss black louvers, and 20-inch AMG wheels boasting a high-gloss black finish and several wheel options up to 21 inches. Acquire mag notes that AMG finished the tailpipes and rear bumper in revised lighting, a lip spoiler, and a silver chrome trim.

The GLC Coupe is expected to hit American showrooms in early 2017.
