Kate Moss Covers the Anniversary Spread for Playboy

The much buzzed about anniversary issue of Playboy has finally been realized. The issue, which features an 18-page series highlighting the face and body of Kate Moss, honors the brands 60th birthday in their January/February 2014 release. Moss, who was shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, modeled the timeless bunny girl costume made from black satin with a white collar and cuffs. Moss’s nude spread celebrates everything that models and readers have loved about Playboy.

In the accompanying editorial, Moss remembers that if a model scout hadn’t noticed her when she was 14, she’d still be tending a bar in Croydon. She says, “I was, like, a child when I started. I was 14. If it hadn’t happened, I don’t know what would have happened to me. I wanted to be at the centre of things. I love working with creative people, and there was none of that where I came from. As soon as I was given a chance I took it.”

The spread features provocative and breathtaking shots of Moss, touting her signature pout and unmistakable tousled blonde locks. The January/February 2014 is available now.
