Inside Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s $50 Million LA Home
Got $50 million to spare and a need to covet the home of an NFL legend and supermodel great? The 14,000 square foot LA digs that have been home to Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, for roughly four years (though it’s only been lived-in for a full year) is on the market.
Photos of the multi-million dollar estate, courtesy of Supercompressor, reveal an eco-friendly, sustainable abode, built to shock buyers but not the environment. Solar panels coat the roof of the home, providing enough power to keep the estate running and a general theme of sustainability runs throughout. There’s a composting area to the side of the property and a grey water irrigation system controls the interior of the house. There’s even a koi-stocked moat.
Once inside, the interiors were styled to mimic the light, airy feel of the estate’s exterior. Natural light has claimed the space and each of the main room’s floor-to-ceiling windows actually open up to make the room one with its direct exterior. A state-of-the-art in-home gym (where Brady presumably perfects his form) also has a custom-made set of wrought-iron monkey bars and opens up to its own patio.
If all the features weren’t enough of a selling point, the property’s infinity pool overlooks Hollywood Hills below – and off in the distance, there’s a view of the Pacific Ocean.
