Celebration Week at Necker Island

On March 22nd, the 74-acre private-island resort owned by Richard Branson will shower guests with a seven-day long Celebration Week. The island, usually only for-rent to one party at a time; will open its coasts to the quickest bookers.

The weeklong package, which includes the option to book any one of the property’s lavish authentic Balinese-style rooms, celebrates the island’s recent renovation of the Great House, which officially opened last October and took more than two years to build.

Guests are also encouraged to book one of the six one-bedroom Bali Houses (three of which offer sweeping cliff-side views of the Caribbean) and the nine rooms (each with an en suite to satisfy any interior designer’s palate). Even the 1,500 square-foot master suite, the Great House’s main attraction, is up for rent for the week, with custom embroidered linens, a deck with ocean views pillowed against comfortable lounge chairs and a hot tub, and a cozy canopy bed.

Rates for the week begin at $27,475 and climb up to $45,000 and include an all-inclusive stay at any of the eight Great House bedrooms, the master suite and the Bali Houses.
